2. Scope and contract language

These terms apply to all sales concluded through this website with consumers and business customers. The contract may be concluded in any of the languages available on the website. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version shall prevail, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. We keep the contractual data of each order; you can review your orders at any time in your customer account.

3. Age restriction (18+)

All products on this website are intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country, if higher) to place an order. We may request proof of age at any time and reserve the right to cancel orders when we have reasonable doubts about the buyer’s age. Deliveries are only made to adults.

4. Our products

Aromatherapy and cosmetic products. Our products are made from certified EU herb varieties and stay within the limits permitted by European regulations. Every batch is laboratory tested to confirm compliance. Herbs and extracts are sold for aromatherapy and as collector’s items; they are not intended for human consumption. Oils and cosmetics are sold for external use only, as indicated on each product. Laboratory analyses are available on request.

No medicinal properties. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use.

Accessories. Diffusers, burners, reed-stick holders and other aromatherapy accessories are sold exclusively for their intended use: aromatherapy and home well-being.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, packaging or appearance may occur that do not affect product quality.

5. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices shown in other currencies are for information only. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout before you confirm your order. The applicable price is the one shown when you place the order. If a price is clearly incorrect due to a technical error, we will inform you and you may cancel the order at no cost.

6. How an order is placed

1. Select the products and add them to the cart.
2. Proceed to checkout, enter your billing and delivery details and choose a payment method.
3. Review the order summary and correct any data entry errors before confirming it.
4. Click the order button. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
5. The contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order or ship the goods.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if payment is not received, if there are reasonable doubts about the buyer’s age or if delivery to the destination country is not legally possible. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

7. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards and direct bank transfer. Card payments are confirmed immediately; orders paid by bank transfer are shipped once the payment has been received in our account. You can find all the information on our Payment Methods page.

8. Shipping and delivery

We ship in discreet, neutral packaging with no reference to the contents or our brand. Shipping costs, destinations and delivery details are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Carriers’ delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when the package is delivered to you or to a person designated by you. Please inspect your package on arrival and report any visible damage as soon as possible.

9. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example by email to info@ice-strains.com) including your name, order number and the products affected. You may use the model form below, although its use is not mandatory.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (for example opened cosmetic oils and hygiene products), in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Effects. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods. You must return the goods within 14 days. The return shipment is free: contact us before sending the goods back and we will provide you with instructions for a return at our expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

10. Legal guarantee and complaints

All products are covered by the legal conformity guarantee under EU and Spanish law (3 years for goods delivered to consumers). If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from the one you ordered, contact us at info@ice-strains.com, preferably within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and attaching photos. We will repair, replace or refund the product in accordance with the law.

11. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use of our products, from use that violates the law of your country, or from delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not permit it or restricts your legal rights as a consumer.

12. Personal data

We process your personal data only to manage your orders and enquiries and to comply with our legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@ice-strains.com; we will do our best to find a solution. Consumers may also contact the consumer protection authority or the consumer arbitration board of their country.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal or operational changes. Each order is governed by the version published on the website at the time the order is placed.
